Marcegaglia joins the Target Gender Equality Accelerator

Marcegaglia takes another step forward in its commitment to building a fairer, more sustainable future.

We are proud to be part of the strategic initiative promoted by the UN Global Compact Network Italy, contributing in a concrete way to the achievement of Goal 5 of the UN 2030 Agenda: gender equality.

Gender equality is enshrined in the Italian Constitution, yet there is still a long road ahead. Achieving it requires everyone’s commitment to combating violence and discrimination, ensuring equal opportunities, breaking down stereotypes and prejudice, supporting a healthy work–life balance, and closing pay gaps.
